To Confirm Bookings
- A 40% room holding deposit is required within 60 days of arrival date and full payment is due 30 days prior to Arrival
- A Bank deposit slip can be scanned then emailed or fax as proof of deposit
- Package Price is held for 30 days from date of email then the quoted price will be revised
- Rooms will only be held up to 60 days prior to arrival date then released back if no deposit is received
CANCELLATION POLICY
- In order to avoid A cancellation fees, a written faxed or emailed notice of cancellation must be received and acknowledged
- Cancellation will not be accepted by Phone only, must be followed up by fax or email
- Within 14 days of check-in, trip departure or course commencement 100 %.
Within 21 days of check-in, trip departure or course commencement 75 %.
Within 28 days of check-in, trip departure or course commencement 50 %.
Within 35 days of check-in, trip departure or course commencement 25 %.
Liveaboard Cruises & Dive Safaris
- Full payment is required within 60 days and is non refundable
- No refund for unused portion of Safari, dives or services
- Where a refund is required for medical reason only the Package Price will revert back to full individual price for services and refund will be calculated against the full Published Price after proof of Medical Certificate
- NB: Travel Insurance is highly recommended (Camera, Video, Scuba Equipment and Trip Cancellation)
PAYMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Invoices must be settled within 40 days prior to the commencement of services. unless other arrangements are made with PT Bali Sunfish Safaris

Invoices are payable in US Dollars, or in Indonesian Rupiah at the PT Bali Sunfish Safaris bookkeeping exchange rate as shown on the invoice.

All payment is nett and free of all bank charges and / or commission

All published Prices are net Prices and are inclusive of government tax & service charge.
